These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Tradally Marketplace (“Tradally”), an online platform that connects buyers and sellers for the purpose of buying and selling goods and services. By accessing or using Tradally, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
By accessing or using Tradally, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.
Users of Tradally must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization or entity to these Terms.
a. To access certain features of Tradally, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
b. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process and to promptly update any information that may change.
c. You must not share your account credentials with any third parties, and you are solely responsible for any actions taken through your account.
a. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities on Tradally.
b. You must not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
c. Any attempts to interfere with the proper functioning of Tradally or to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts are strictly prohibited.
a. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about their products or services listed on Tradally.
b. Buyers and sellers are responsible for all transactions conducted through the platform. Tradally is not a party to any transaction between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the products or services offered.
c. Tradally reserves the right to remove or suspend any listings or user accounts that violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
a. Tradally retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its platform, including all content, trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials.
b. Users must not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from Tradally without explicit permission from Tradally.
Your use of Tradally is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
a. Tradally reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account or access to the platform at its discretion and without prior notice.
b. Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the instructions provided on the platform.

b. Tradally does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products, services, or content offered by users through the platform.
a. In no event shall Tradally be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
b. You agree to indemnify and hold Tradally harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or any violation of these Terms.
Tradally reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the platform, and your continued use of Tradally after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
By using Tradally, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and any other policies or guidelines posted on the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using Tradally.
